Description
A merchant that is running ICINITI software may encounter an error that says "The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden."
Resolution
- Go to ICINITI Credit Card Setup and Options
- Under the Payment Gateway tab select "Verus" to change Gateway Settings
- Change the server address to https://gateway.sagepayments.net/cgi-bin/eftBankcard.dll?transaction
