Sage Mobile Payments is Becoming Paya Mobile Payments
    July 7 and July 14, 2020

Paya will be updating the Sage Mobile Payment portal and app in July 2020. On July 7, the online portal at https://mysagemobile.com will be updated to be Paya-branded, although the url address will not change.

On July 14, the Sage Mobile Payments (SMP) application will be removed from the Apple and Google Play app stores and replaced with the Paya Mobile Payments application. Users may continue to use the SMP app without interruption, it will simply not be available for download or installation. The Paya Mobile Payments application will leverage the same user credentials, and provide the same functionality, with some minimal  changes to the user experience.

More information will be published in our Knowledgebase as we approach July 14.

Paya will be performing maintenance to our transaction processing platforms on Saturday, July 18, 2020 between 1:00 am and 6:00 am EST. This scheduled maintenance is part of our ongoing efforts to provide the most robust and stable transaction processing experience possible.
