    10:00 am EDT - We are aware of an issue where users receive a 404 error message when attempting to log in. IT is currently working to resolve this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.


    Customer Portal (reports.paya.com) temporarily unavailable -RESOLVED

    3:10 pm EDT -The site is operating normally now.

    12:45 pm EDT -We are working with our portal vendor to correct a certificate issue preventing reports.paya.com from loading. We expect to have this resolved shortly; our apologies for any inconvenience.

    Processing Error on Login Attempt to Sage Exchange Virtual Terminal -RESOLVED

    09/16 10:30 am EDT -We deployed a solution to resolve the Processing Error on the evening of September 15, 2021.

    09/10 01:00 pm EDT -We are aware of an issue where users receive a Processing Error after attempting to log in to https://www.sageexchange.com/sevt. If you experience this behavior, please use https://www.sagepayments.net/virtualterminal for now. Your login credentials will work on this site as well.
