AWS Service Disruption Impacting Paya Gateway RESOLVED
11/25/2020 3:00 pm EST - 11:00 PM EST
11/25 06:45 am -AWS services have mostly returned to normal. Data streams are back to normal and there is one service still being worked on. Paya accounts are processing successfully.
11/25 09:30 pm -AWS has mitigated the disruption to their subsystems and are now working to relax request throttles on their service.
11/25 06:00 pm -Error rates at AWS have improved over the last two hours, and work towards full resolution continues.
11/25 4:00 pm -There is an ongoing problem at Amazon Web Services which is impacting several areas of the internet, including connectivity to Paya’s gateway. We have seen a few brief instances of a drop in volume, which are a result of this issue. We’ve conducted a thorough investigation of our systems, and we are online and receiving transactions. Users may continue to experience connectivity failures until such time as AWS is fully restored.
11/25 3:00 pm -One of our vendors is experiencing a prolonged service disruption, which is having the impact of causing some connections to Paya Gateway to fail. This has the potential to disrupt payment processing through Virtual Terminal, Paya Exchange, and any of our integrated partners' solutions. We are working closely with our vendor to restore service to normal as quickly as possible.
Paya will be Closed November 26, 2020
Paya will be closed on Thursday, November 26, 2020, in observance of Thanksgiving.

ALERT: Security Vulnerability within Ingenico Telium 2 Terminals (ipp320 Pin Pads)
Paya is working with Ingenico to test and deploy an updated software release to address the potential security vulnerability within the iPP320 device. We are also developing an application that can be downloaded from sageexchange.com to apply the software update to devices already in the field. We anticipate this app to be available late-September.

ALERT: Micros Merchant Link Universal Payment Gateway no longer supported
Our relationship with Micros has ended as of June 30, 2020. As a result, connection to Micros’s Merchant Link Universal Payment Gateway is no longer actively supported. While users can continue to process via Merchant Link for now, we do not anticipate this being a viable long term option.
Users wishing to continue to use Micros solutions may consider switching to one of these alternate solution vendors:
