Paya Connect Sandbox 500 Internal Server Error
Update: As of 09-OCT-2024 at 9:45 AM EST/EDT, the Paya Connect Sandbox has returned to normal operational status. We will continue to monitor for any new errors. Feel free to contact SDKSupport@nuvei.com if you have any questions.
As of 08-OCT-2024, we identified multiple operations in Paya Connect Sandbox failing due to a 500 Internal Server Error. This intermittent issue impacted all integration partners on the platform and began around 10:30 AM EST/EDT and is still ongoing.

Paya Connect Intermittent Processing Attempts Timing-Out
As of 08-OCT-2024, we identified multiple Paya Connect operations failing due to a time-out. This impacted all customers on the platform and would happen intermittently. This issue began around 12:30 EST/EDT and was resolved by 4:30 EST.
All users on the platform should review their transactions during that time frame to ensure all transactions intended to be processed were processed. If you need assistance, please contact our Bankcard Support Team via email ticket request or call us at 1-800-261-0240, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM EST/EDT to 7 PM EST/EDT.
Invalid Captcha Error on Payment Processing Attempts
As of 07-OCT-2024, we have identified a recent error within our captcha setting parameters affecting most users who may use Paya Exchange Virtual Desktop (PEVD). The Paya Support Team continues troubleshooting towards an update to release a resolution. We ask any merchants or users experiencing this service interruption to please contact Support at support.paya@nuvei.com. Please include your Merchant M_ID, Virtual Terminal ID, or DBA Business Name for further assistance.

RoamPay/Paya Mobile Payments Service Sunset Announcement
As of 31-OCT-2024, support and services for Paya Mobile Payments will perform system maintenance will cease, marking the application's transition to its end-of-life phase. This action will deactivate processing capabilities for all users.
