How to Install Lane3600 Gateway:
Must have Admin Rights to the Local PC
End/ Exit PCD
Go to the site: Paya Connect Desktop
Choose to Install Paya Connect Desktop
Choose Download for Desktop v2.x
Scroll down the web page to download the (x2) Drivers needed.
From Download Folders, right-click each Zip Folder & Extract All
Open Both Files with Run As Administrator
PC Will Prompt for a Reboot for the Successful installation of New Drivers
After the PC has rebooted, launch the PCD Application
Right-click PCD Icon & Choose Settings
Choose EMV Device & Lane3600 Standard with Automatic the Card Swipe & EMV Receipts.
The PCD Application Will then also restart.
Plug the HDMI & USB Connection Cords with PC & Lane3600.
It is recommended to connect the Lane3600 directly to the USB port of the local computer.
Windows will Auto Select Connection Port via Device Manager
The device will boot to the Splash Screen of NUVEI
We recommend attempting to run a live sale/ transaction of a penny to send to the Lane3600, where it will prompt on the screen to Swipe, Tap, or Insert.
If failed attempts to Swipe, Tap, or Insert, as well as pressing the Enter Key x3 times, the Lane3600 will not prompt back up of (Manual Enter) on the Keypad. The Lane will only respond with a Time Out message.
