T_Tax and T_Shipping value errors when processing a CSV batch upload

Description

I'm trying to do a CSV Batch Upload. Why am I receiving an error about T_Tax and T_Shipping values?

Resolution

RECORD: 1 - ERRORS FOUND IN RECORD
RECORD: 1 - T_Tax Value Must Be Provided
RECORD: 1 - T_Shipping Value Must Be Provided

This error message indicates that the T_Tax and/or T_Shipping fields (the second-to-last and last fields, respectively) are either empty or improperly formatted.

These fields must be passed in "0.00" format. In other words, they can not be simply "0", nor empty.
