My Batch Close Notification emails are going to the wrong email address, how do I correct this
When a Merchant only has access to the Paya Mobile Payments application and the mysagemobile.com web portal, they will not be able to change the email addresses for the Batch Close email. In that situation, a Merchant should contact Paya Customer Support to update their email address.
If a Merchant has access to Paya Exchange, they can change their email address themselves. To change the notification email address please follow the steps in the linked article below:
