How do I find a receipt in Paya Exchange?

Paya Exchange can generate a receipt for any transaction stored in the history.

1. To find a receipt, the first thing to do is find the transaction. To locate a transaction, log in to the Virtual Terminal mini-app, and use the 'Quick Search' on the top right-hand side of the page.

2. After finding the transaction for which you want a receipt, select 'View'.

3. Scroll down to the 'Order Information' section to find a 'View Receipt' link, which will open your receipt in a new browser tab.

   • You can customize your receipts from the 'Settings' menu, under 'Receipt'. Receipts can be customized retroactively; i.e., you can change a receipt even for transactions that you've already run.
