Paya Exchange Virtual Terminal
Description
How do I control where my batch close notifications are sent? Deciding which email address should the batch notification go to.
Resolution
After you’ve successfully logged into Paya Exchange, and launched the Virtual Terminal under the Quick links, complete the following:
- Click on “Settings” from the upper-right corner.
- From the new pop-up window, scroll down until you see the “Batch Close Notification Settings” section to enter the recipient’s email. And then select the appropriate notification type you wish to receive by clicking on the arrow down beside the “Notification” label.
- To enter more than one email, please separate them by a semi-colon.
