What data causes a duplicate recurring transaction?

Resolution 

Passing the same credit card number, order, or reference number, and the amount will cause a duplicate recurring transaction. We suggest entering a different credit card number if the transaction total cannot be combined for the recurring payment. You may also edit the data for the third-party reference to authenticate each entry; which may then help the gateway process each recurring transaction.
