Description
What causes a transaction to not void when clicking the void option the transaction.
Resolution
- If processing on a First Data platform (Bank of America or Wells Fargo) the account is using host capture. The transaction will need to be credited.
- The transaction was processed as a pin debit. The transaction will need to be refunded. How to process a credit (refund) in the Virtual Terminal
- User is using Firefox browser. Try to process the void using Chrome or Internet Explorer.
