    Description

Why am I taken directly to a Transaction Search page when I try to submit a transaction?

    Resolution

When a transaction is submitted in the Virtual Terminal, a window will open outlining the transaction with either your approval or decline code:

Some users have reported that, upon submitting a transaction, they are taken straight to a reporting page with no confirmation or record of the transaction:

This usually happens when the user presses Enter on their keyboard to submit the transaction. On the Transaction page, the Enter button is tied to the "Search" button in the Quick Actions box (screenshot below). To submit a transaction please click "Submit Transaction" with your mouse instead.

If you have questions or require additional information, please submit a ticket and we will be in touch with you shortly.
