Description

Paya's virtual terminal and payment gateways allow for card reader solutions, but they must be encrypted.  However, most USB keyboard solutions are not.  

Resolution

We do not support any USB Keyboard Card Reader devicedue to PCI compliance standard.  We have an encrypted USB card reader that we support.  for a full list of encrypted card readers we support please read What swipers are supported by Sage Exchange Desktop?
