Description
ACH may take 2-5 days for a transaction to settle, below is the flow chart and the status meanings:

Transaction Status |
Definition |
| Pending Origination/Originating | The ACH transaction has been initiated and the funds have not yet moved. |
| Originated | The transaction is in process but has not been funded/settled yet. |
| Declined | The transaction is not approved and it could be due to a velocity error (attempt to process a transaction over the allowed limit). |
| Voided | The transaction has been voided and the funds will not be moved or settled. |
| Settled | The transaction was completed and funded. |
| Charged Back | The transaction was charged back and could be due to insufficient funds, closed account(s), etc. |
