When reviewing settled batches reports, there may be multiple batches for one day.

Resolution

Based on the type of transactions that are processed in your gateway, you may have multiple batches settled on the same day. If you are processing any combination of the following transaction types you will experience this:

• Credit Card
• Virtual Check
• Purchase Card (Virtual Terminal Only)
