How do I customize my credit card order confirmation emails?

Resolution

After signing into the Paya Exchange, launch the Virtual Terminal mini-app to customize the emails. First, go to:

• The settings option is located on the top right corner of the page
• Go to the Email Notifications > Credit Card Order Confirmation to make changes to the email sent when receiving bankcard transaction approvals
• Go to the Email Notifications > Virtual Check Order Confirmation to make changes to the email sent when receiving bankcard transaction approvals
• Click 'Save' to update the settings
