Where can I find my account information in Paya Exchange?

The Merchant Account page, accessible from the Quick Links, and also under the Administration Tab is a page that shows the account information. This includes the Merchant ID and the DBA for each Merchant account that is connected to Paya Exchange.

Under each Merchant account, the different pieces of equipment are listed, along with their associated M_ID/VT_ID/Gateway ID, M_KEY, and/or the V#. The Merchant Alias allows you to customize the names of the terminals when selecting one to open in the Quick Links. You can also obtain copies of the Terms and Conditions and Security Statement for the account.
