Description
Merchants who use either Express Pay or the Shopping Cart can configure their account to allow or suppress the acquisition of Customer shipping information.
How and wherein the Virtual Terminal would you make such changes?
Resolution
- After you’ve logged into the Virtual Terminal Admin Tool, please click on the “Shopping Cart” Menu on the menu bar. And click on the "Shipping Options" link from the drop-down list.
- Click on Click on the down arrow beside the Shipping option field, and select “Web delivery” from the drop-down. The default option is typically set to “None”:
- After making your selection, please, click on the “Update Settings” button to save the changes:
