Virtual Terminal Reports for purchases made in the Shopping Cart

Does the Virtual Terminal have a report that will show me purchases made on my Shopping Cart?

Resolution

Yes, to find this report please sign in to your Virtual Terminal and select Transaction Search from the Reporting menu. Set your search parameters as desired and in the bottom-right corner, you'll see a Format option. Change this to CSV - Transaction & Product. When you run the search, the Virtual Terminal will create a CSV file that includes additional information about any Shopping Cart purchases.
