How often can recurring Donate Now donations be made?
Resolution
Recurring donations can be made weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually. You can decide which options you would like to offer your donors by following the below steps:
- Donate Now > Configuration > Recurring Service
- Select Recurring Intervals
Note: This option does not automatically set your donor as a recurring customer. Please see the KB article ‘How do I add a donor to my recurring transaction list?’ for instructions.
