What is the approved/decline URL?

Resolution

The approved and declined URLs are where the donor is directed after clicking ‘continue’ when a donation is submitted. If the donation is approved, the donor will be directed to the approved URL and if it is declined the donor will go to the declined URL.

For example, you can direct them to a page that says “Thank you for your donation,” to a page that says “Your donation didn’t go through please call us to complete your donation” or to your homepage.

Note: If you do not type anything in these fields, the donor will be directed back to the page they were on prior to making a donation.
