How do I export transaction reports in Virtual Terminal?

Resolution

First, you will need to search for transactions within the parameters for your report; there are several methods for searching transactions using the Virtual Terminal. For more information about searching for transactions see the following article:

You may also sort search criteria by Transaction Type, Authorization Type, Approval Status, Settlement Status, Tax Status, Date Selection, Start/End Date, User, Customer Name, Order ID, Reference, Account Number, Approval Code, Amount, Format.

Note: If you have a large volume of activity and receive a "Processing Error" during your search, you may want to sort "Return This Many Results" to the max(5000) and change Format from HTML to Excel, PDF, XPS, or CSV to display.

After conducting a transaction search, there are a set of Export Icons to the top-right of the report in the Paya Virtual Terminal. You can click one of the Export Icons to save the results in the selected format.
