I’ve upgraded Internet Explorer (IE) and now I cannot access the Virtual Terminal
If you are having issues accessing the Virtual Terminal or the menus please make sure your Compatibility Settings are enabled.
Internet Explorer 8 or higher:
- Go to Tools
- Select Compatibility View Settings
- Add the URL in Add this website:
- Click Add
- Click Close
- Restart Internet Explorer
*Chrome, Firefox, and Safari do not have Compatibility View Settings
