Why can't I log in to the Sage Payments app on my iPhone, even after I registered my phone on mysagemobile.com?
Resolution
Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
- Delete the Sage Payments application from your iPhone, and log in to www.mysagemobile.com with the same username and password to ensure your log in credentials are accurate
- After a successful log-in online, re-install the application on your iPhone and try to log in with the same username and password
- You must ensure that you have downloaded the correct application and are using the correct swiper
- The application is called "Sage Payments," not Roam Pay X, and the swiper says "Sage" on it, not Roam Data
