How do I process a transaction?

Resolution

1. Choose Virtual Terminal (VT) on the Quick Links (mini-app) sidebar on the left-hand side of the Paya Exchange screen.
    
2. Choose 'Launch' for the VT that you want to process the transaction under.
    
3. On the top right-hand side of the screen, choose the payment method you would like to use:
   • Quick Sale - Used for basic retail-type transactions
   • Credit Card - Includes additional fields for shipping information
   • Virtual Check - Used for Virtual Check/ACH transactions
      
4. Complete the required fields
    
5. Choose 'Process Transaction'
   • For Credit Card and Virtual Check, you will need to click 'Next' at the bottom of the screen twice to receive the 'Submit Transaction' button.
