Why am I receiving a "Transaction Validation" error when processing a transaction in the Virtual Terminal?

Resolution

When processing a transaction, the Sage Virtual Terminal performs a verification process on the numbers in the various fields to check for any data that can be construed as a credit number. This check was implemented for the security of your business and customers.

Typically, the most numbers are found in the Order ID and Note/Memo fields. Please try adding a series of zeroes to the beginning or end of these fields.
