    Who do I contact to get a Voice Authorization?


    Resolution

    Voice authorizations are transactions authorized via telephone by a live operator, or automated response unit. Voice-approved transactions must be forced into a batch and settled through a point-of-sale device, application, or gateway.

    • The U.S. First Data Merchants - (800) 228-1122

    Note: Voice-approved transactions must be forced into a batch and settled through a point-of-sale device, application, or gateway.
