    Hierarchy information needed for a third-party software


    I just set up my account and my third-party software is asking for the hierarchy information to connect to Paya. What do I need to get started?


    You will need a Value Added Reseller (VAR) Form. A VAR contains all the information that a third-party entity will need to connect their product -- software, gateway, POS, etc. -- to your merchant account with Paya.

    Paya Technical Support will create your VAR sheet and send it to either you or your sales representative. Depending on the third-party product, you'll need to either enter this information into the system or contact the product's support team so they can do it for you.
