    Why do I receive a connection error when processing a pledge in Sage Millennium?


    Resolution

    “An error occurred connecting to Sage Payment Service for Processing. Status: 0”

    If you are receiving this error when processing pledges in Sage Millennium, please try adding the following domains to your Trusted Sites list:

    •  *.sagepayments.net
    • *.sageexchange.com
    • *.eftsecure.net

    Please check with your IT department before making any changes to your security settings.
