Description

Sage Exchange Desktop (SED) version 1.X will be sunset effective June 1, 2018. All users will be required to update to SED 2.X prior to that date.

Resolution

NOTE: The Windows user(s) performing this update must have Admin rights in order to install SED 2.X.

1. Right-click on the Sage Exchange icon in your system tray and select "Get Sage Exchange 2.0" from the menu
   
    
2. A dialogue box will open with two buttons: Click Install Now
   
    
3. A User Account Control dialogue box may open requesting admin credentials. Go ahead and input the credentials and click Yes
   
    
4. Follow the prompts to install SED 2.X and to remove SED 1.X
