    Unlocking a user's account in Paya Exchange


    Can an Administrator unlock a user once they have been locked out?



    The PE Administrator (anyone with a role that has permission for administration) has access to add, remove, configure, lock and unlock users in Paya Exchange under Administration > Users. To unlock a user, simply locate their username and click ‘Unlock’. If you want to lockout a user, simply click ‘Locked’.
