Paya Exchange Management System (PEMS)

Resolution

1. Select ‘Virtual Terminal’ from the Quick Links menu on the left.
    
2. Find the Virtual Terminal account you wish to edit and click 'Launch' (the Paya Exchange Virtual Terminal will open).
    
3. Click ‘Settings’ in the upper-right.
    
4. In the settings menu, click ‘Email Notification’ and scroll down to ‘Credit Card Order Confirmation’.
    
5. In the ‘From’ field, replace the <#merchant.email#> template with the e-mail address that you'd prefer to use.
    
6. Scroll down to 'Virtual Check Order Confirmation'.
    
7. In the ‘From’ field, replace the <#merchant.email#> template with the e-mail address that you'd prefer to use.
    
8. Scroll to the bottom of the menu and click ‘Save’.
