    ACCOUNT UPDATER 2.0: How do I know which of my customers were updated by Account Updater?

    Resolution

    You can access a report with the details of which card information has been updated by logging in to My Virtual Reports at https://www.myvirtualreports.com

    Select Reporting, Account Updater 2.0 Report, then select your desired date range and click View Report:


    Click the magnifying glass next to the month, year, and card brand to view the detailed report:


    Developers who would like to add Account Updater reporting to their integrated payment applications should visit our Developer Portal, https://developer.sagepayments.com/ to access the API specifications.
