Can I use Promotion Codes for my custom integration(s)?
Resolution
The promotions option in the Virtual Terminal can only be used if you are using the Paya Shopping Cart or the Product Array method (custom shopping cart). ExpressPay, HTTP Post, XML Webservice, and Sage Exchange Virtual Desktop do not support promotion codes.
