Customizing my Credit Card Order confirmation e-mails in Paya Virtual Terminal?

Resolution

• Navigate to the Configuration section and select the E-mail Notification option from the drop-down list located on the top-right corner of the page.
• Go to the Credit Card Order Confirmation to make changes to the e-mail sent when receiving bankcard transaction approvals.
• Click Save to update the settings.
• If you have the Virtual Check options, go to the Virtual Check Order Confirmation to make changes to the e-mail sent when receiving bankcard transaction approvals.
• Click Save to update the settings.
