    Description

    Will the Paya Mobile Payments require a CVV when I type in a credit card number?


    Resolution

    Paya Mobile Payments does not require a CVV code for manually-entered transactions if the CVV option is disabled under Advanced Security Options. The CVV option is enabled by default in the Paya Mobile App. To disable them, go to the settings > Advance Security > CVV Enabled and toggle them off.

    For added security, Paya strongly recommends you collect this information from your customer at the time of the transaction.
