Can I set up recurring transactions in my Sage Exchange Virtual Terminal (SEVT) or VT3?

Resolution

Recurring transactions can be setup in the Sage Exchange Virtual Terminal (SEVT).  However, this capability is not in the VT3 terminal. Due to the specific types of processing around which the VT3 was designed, the recurring functionality is not available in the VT3.

Recurring transactions can be set up in the standard Virtual Terminal, as well as the Donate Now Virtual Terminal. Some integrated software -- eTapestry and Fundraising 50, for example -- also have the ability to create recurring customers.
