    Paya Connect MFA Login Frequently Asked Questions

    Q. Why do we now have to perform MFA factors after our login?

    A. Due to recent enhancements of our PCI Security, all Nuvei/Paya customer facing applications will start requiring 2 step authentication upon login access.

     

    Q. Will I need to change web browsers to login to payaconnect.com?

    A. No, but we do highly recommend for users to clear browser cache and cookies after the Paya Connect release, & prior to the next login attempt starting on March 25th, 2025.

     

    Q. Which email address will I receive the MFA code to?

    A. Your MFA code will be sent to the email address associated with the payaconnect.com user name. We do suggest to also check your Spam/Junk folder if you do not see your MFA code message available to your Inbox/New Messages.
     

    Q. What if I'm not receiving the MFA Code to the inbox or spam junk folder of my email address?

    A. You may try creating a contact to your address book and saving noreply@payaconnect.com as the email address and then retry your login attempt again. Check for a new message that should have the subject title “Your MFA Code”.
     

    Q. What if I use more than one device to login to payaconnect.com? Will I need to perform MFA for each login attempt?

    A. No, once you've successfully completed a MFA validation, your user profile won't be prompted to perform another authentication for the next 15 days.

     

    Q. What if I'm unable to access the email address that the MFA Code is sent to?

    A. For security purpose, we ask that you contact our Support team during hours of operation for login assistance.
