Do transactions processed in Sage50 automatically send a confirmation e-mail to the customer?
Sage50 does not automatically send a bank card order confirmation e-mail to the customer. Although the e-mail address information is recorded to Sageexchange.com, there is no option for the bank card order confirmation e-mail to be sent to the customer's e-mail address. This is done to ensure that merchants can control the flow of information to their customers.
