This error occurs when Merchants attempt to process a transaction after selecting the credit card from the Sales Order screen. A similar error may happen whenever Sage 500 is unable to communicate with the integrated processor.
To fix this issue and stop the error from occurring, make sure you are pulling the credit card from Maintain Customers. Also, ensure that a valid 'Country' is selected before proceeding.
