What's the difference between Recurring History and Account History?
Resolution
Located on the Recurring --> Transactions page, these two options generate slightly-different reports:
- Recurring History looks for recurring transactions from that customer record, regardless of any changes to the credit card number.
- Account History looks for any transactions to the credit card number on file for that customer record, including both recurring and manual transactions.
