Why is my Ingenico Pin Pad no longer with my Ingenico Terminal?
Ingenico iPP220 Pin Pad
After updating to the newest software (to accept Bin 2 Mastercards), Ingenico Terminals no longer can recognize the Ingenico iPP220 pin-pad.
If you have recently updated your iCT220 or 250 to accept BIN 2 Mastercards, the updated software is not compatible with the iPP220 pin-pad. Please contact Physical Support at 800-945-0985 to discuss solutions that will work with your iCT220 or iCT250.
