    Why is my Ingenico pin-pad no longer with my Ingenico terminal?

    Description

    After updating to the newest software (to accept BIN 2 MasterCards), Ingenico terminals no longer can recognize the Ingenico iPP220 pin-pad. 


    Resolution

    If you have recently updated your iCT220 or 250 to accept BIN 2 MasterCards, the updated software is not compatible with the iPP220 pin-pad. Please contact Physical Support at 1-800-945-0985 to discuss solutions that will work with your iCT220 or iCT250.
