What is the difference between capture and settle?

Description

In the virtual terminal and Sage Exchange capture is done to convert an "auth only" transaction to a "pre-auth". This is done to convert the transaction to to a status that will allow it to settle. Settlement is when you submit the the transactions to begin the funding process.
