How do I enable Automatic Settlement in my Virtual Terminal?

Resolution

The Virtual Terminal offers an automatic settlement feature commonly called "auto-close" that settles Sale, Credit, and Prior Auth transactions on a daily basis. Auto-close can be set up to run on the hour (i.e., 1:00, 2:00 or 3:00; but not 1:30, 2:30 or 3:30).

Automatic Settlement can not be configured from within the Virtual Terminal. If you are interested in enabling, disabling, or changing the settlement time for your Virtual Terminal, please submit a ticket and one of our Support Analysts will gladly assist you.
