What is the Tennessee Aggregate Fee ruling and how does it affect my business?

Resolution

Effective with the March processing statement, all merchants based in the state of Tennessee will see their aggregate fee percentage displayed on their merchant statement.

This change is in response to the recent ruling in the state of Tennessee which requires all payment acquirers to display the aggregate fee to its merchants and educate merchants on where they can go to obtain access to operating rules, regulations, and any bylaws that may be applicable to their agreement.
