Description
This error occurs when Merchants attempt to process through their Sage software product in conjunction with a Moneris-issued Ingenico Terminal. The reason is the device driver is either no longer installed or has been corrupted.
Alternatively, making changes to the regional settings in the Control panel can fix the issue.
Resolution
Note: Unplug the device prior to installing the driver from sageexchange.com, and plug it back in after installation.
Click on 'Download' from the menu bar to expand your choices.
And then, click on 'Device Drivers' to pick the appropriate driver to install.
