Paya Exchange Management System: What does the Tribute Card Option and Tribute E-mail Option do?
Resolution
The Tribute Card Option and Tribute E-mail Option allow the donor to choose if they would like a card or e-mail sent to the tribute. The text of the tribute e-mail can be customized at:
- Donate Now --> Configuration --> Response Emails.
Note: Cards must be sent by your organization.
