Moneris’s iPP320 terminal requires a driver to be installed on the end-user computer before using it. And in cases where the Merchant may be using a non-supported OS on their computer, they may encounter the following error message:

Resolution

Moneris’s iPP320 driver (Telium USB Jungo driver) is only compatible with the following versions of the Microsoft Windows Operating System:

• Windows XP 32 bits and 64 bits
• Windows XP Embedded
• Windows Vista 32 and 64 bits
• Windows 7 32 and 64 bits
• Windows 8 and 8.1
• Windows Server 2008
• Windows Server 2008 R2
   

If you do not have one of the above-mentioned Operating Systems on your machine, it will prevent you from installing the Ingenico Driver.
