I'm unable to launch the Sage Exchange Desktop application in DacEasy. How do I fix this issue?
Resolution
There may be instances where DacEasy may not install the Sage Exchange application properly. This will prevent the Sage Exchange Desktop from running. To resolve this, please follow the steps below:
- Please go to your Control Panel and verify that the Module SDK is installed. If it is installed, click on the Module SDK, select Repair, click OK, then Finish and retry launching the Sage Exchange Desktop.
- If the Module SDK is not installed click here: Sage Payment Solutions Module SDK
- Unzip the file to your Desktop
- Double-click on setup.msi
- Please Note: You must be the Network Administrator in order to install the module.
- Click Next
- Select Everyone
- Click Next
- Click Next
- Once the Module is installed retry launching Sage Exchange.
