    Why am I receiving an "Unhandled Exception" error when processing a credit card in Sage Timeslips?


    Resolution

    This error typically indicates the presence of invalid characters or formatting in the transaction request. You can check this by pressing Next instead of Submit in the payment window. Please ensure there are no special (non-alphanumeric) characters in the address or name fields. Extra spaces may also cause this error.
