If you receive a suspicious email or text message, do not click on any links, download attachments, or provide any information. If you receive any suspicious emails that use Paya’s name, please notify us immediately by submitting a ticket and we will be in touch with you shortly.
What should you do if you did open a Phishing Scam email?
- Change your Password in the Virtual Terminal right away
- Call us at 1-877-470-4001 to report this activity or submit a ticket.
