The sales volume reported on the 1099K may not match up with what is reported on your statements because the 1099K Form reports by transaction date, while Paya statements report by batch date, which is one day later.

Another reason this could be occurring is more than one account has the same Tax ID Number/ Employer ID Number. This will cause the sales volumes from both accounts to be added together and will be included on one single 1099K Form.
